BB Capital Investments acquired a majority stake in Sparkling Society, a developer of games for mobile devices. The game company will use the investment to further expand its position within the ‘city building games’ segment.

Sparkling Society was founded in 2013. Currently, millions of people worldwide play the games that are being developed in Delft. Sparkling Society will use the investment and collaboration to scale up the platform to become a dominant player not only in the United States and Europe, but also in China.

Vondel Finance acted as advisor to the shareholders of Sparkling Society on the sale to BB Capital Investments.
